How to Use Wild Yam Cream
To be applied once in the AM and once in the PM. Packaged in a 2-ounce glass jar, simply apply 1/8 to 1/2 teaspoon 1 - 2 times daily on your body — your face, inner wrist, arms, belly, and thighs are all perfect areas.
